The acceleration of Guinea’s electrification process can now count on the support of WAAREE, the largest manufacturer of solar panels in India. The company has just opened a showroom in Conakry in order to offer its products to populations.

The largest manufacturer of solar modules in India, WAAREE Energies has just inaugurated a franchise in Guinea Conakry, thus strengthening its presence on the continent. The new showroom is the first step in the energy utility’s contribution strategy to the electrification of Guinea.

WAAREE Energies intends to make quality solar products available to the populations of the country in order to allow as many people as possible access to reliable, affordable and clean energy. This mission will be accomplished with the support of the local partner Thierno and Brothers.

“We chose Waaree as provider because we believe in the quality of facilities it offers, in the competence of its technical staff and support services that the company will provide us to support the execution of our projects,” has asserted Thierno Falilou Balde, one of the managers of Thierno and Brothers.

“Our vision is to make electricity affordable, clean and accessible to everyone. With this effort, we are well on the way to improving our reach and reaching the far corners of the globe. We are convinced that WAAREE products will be a game-changer in a Guinean market dominated by cheap and low-quality products, ” said Sunil Rathi, director of sales and marketing for the Indian company.
